HCJB DRM tests to Europe

From November 2007 the HCJB DRM test transmissions to Europe have changed to 1100 UTC use the frequency 15275 KHz. The transmission will be until 1200 UTC.

The previous test to Europe at 0500 UTC had been fairly successful however the propagation window failed with the chnage of the seasons. It is hoped that the changed frequency and time will work better through the European winter months.
